A home Inspection enables a buyer to:

NOTE that a Home Inspection is not designed to either encourage or discourage the purchase of a particular home. Nor will the Home Inspection Report express an opinion as to the home's value.
It is strictly an independent professional opinion, presented in a detailed report, as to the condition of the home at the time the inspection takes place.
Why Home Tech Inspections?
